Team performance
The best way to measure your teams performance is by looking at how much time they spend at the work assigned to them and whether – on average – they complete their work within the designated time. wayahead fetches all items from based on a set of filters you control. For performance it’s best to include completed items only. Then it works out how many hours each person was assigned in total and how many hours they used.
Deep dive
It’s important to make a correct and fair assessment of people’s performances. So wayahead applies a couple of tricks to optimise the results. When the time on items is shared between different people, the performance result is shared too, regardless of how much time each person spent. On the other hand, if the time on an item was assigned to one person only, the result is personal.
Also, not every item in Streamtime qualifies. We can’t measure performance if a person worked on a task, but wasn’t assigned any time on it or the other way around.
A deep dive into a person’s results, allow us to get a better understanding of what their score means, how it came about and what action we might be able to take to improve things. Deep dive data includes a searchable list of items, a breakdown by item name, spread of items – to see if any specific items/jobs stick out from the average and skew the numbers – and more.
