All time billing analysis
wayahead pulls in all invoices from Streamtime to give you a fully detailed breakdown of your billing by month, client, job owner, branch and job type. This allows you to look at your data from every possible angle. For each breakdown you get a graph and a table view with the details for each month.
Compare financial years
The data is automatically broken down per financial year and the report allows you to toggle between different financial years for easy comparison. Furthermore, you can look at the all time data or just see data for the last 12 months, so you can get an idea of how the current year is tracking. To avoid too much data getting pulled into the report, you can set the earliest date wayahead should go back to.
Revenue, Contribution and Cost
Using the Invoice Contribution report, we can determine the exact cost and contribution (or agency fee) against each invoice. That same data is used here, allowing you to toggle the report mode by total revenue, direct third party costs or contribution.
Analysis by Branch
By default, wayahead creates a report across all branches. However you can choose which branches to include, allowing you to report on one branch only or a combination of branches. This is useful if you have multiple offices or distinct business unites.
